=Recipe= Cabbage Pasta

Cabbage is really a good match for pasta, yet it can last very long as long as you keep it in the refrigerator. So I had introduced this dish to many of my friends and jokes about it as my “emergency meal”, especially when you are lazy to go out or cooking a big meal, this dish comes in very handy.



Cooking pasta with cabbage is already a tasty dish, because the sweetness from the cabbage can enhance the taste of the pasta, even without any meat or seafood, it’s a standalone dish. However, if you add seafood like prawn, it will further enhance the flavor of this dish.

Ingredients:

~Cabbage
~Prawns
~Chopped Garlic
~Cooked spaghetti








Heat the oil with chopped garlic.



For those who are vegetarian, you can skip this step. Put in the prawns stir fry until cook, then remove.



Add in cabbage after removing the prawns, stir fry with medium heat for about 3 minutes then add in water, you can add more water if you want the pasta to be a bit wet.



After add in water, immediately put in the mushroom powder and mix well, you can add oyster sauce to further enhance the flavor.



Continue cooking until the Cabbage is soft, then add in the cooked spaghetti and mix well.



Add the black pepper if you like spicy.



Serve on plate with prawns.
