=Recipe= Strawberries Cheese Ice Cream

After squeezing the strawberries to make my yogurt drink, the leftover pulp is not enough to make jam, in order not to waste I remember that I have some cream cheese spread in the fridge, which I can use to make something nice.



Since it is small in size, it tends to melt very fast when served.so it is advisable to enjoy this dessert immediately when served.



Put 2 full tablespoons of cream cheese spread into a bowl.



Add in the pulp and mix well.



Add in the brown sugar and mix well.



Put the mixture of cream cheese into the mold, and keep in the freezer for at least 1 hour.



Here you are, some nice strawberries cheese ice cream to serve.
