Do you still remember my easy 3-step cream cheese ice cream recipe not too long ago? Due to fat concerns, someone asked me to try yogurt instead of cream cheese. So I replaced cream cheese to yogurt tonight, and the result was fabulous. The only drawback is that the texture tastes like frozen sorbet, a bit rough but the taste is the same.

This yogurt ice cream is as easy as the cream cheese.
Add 3 full tablespoons of yogurt into a bowl.
Add in the pulp and mix well.
Add in brown sugar and mix well. Since the yogurt is not sweet, you can add a bit more sugar to your liking.
Put the yogurt mixture into a mold, and freeze it for at least an hour. I have forgotten to take photos for this step, what you see now is the end-product, frozen yogurt.
This yogurt ice cream is more “solid” than the cream cheese ice cream, so it tends to melt slower.
