=Recipe= home cook by friends

Restaurant food is good, but home cooked by friends are even better. Today Gibson would like to share some of his friends’ homemade recipes. Introducing a simple recipe is in the photo caption.

First dish is a cheap and delicious pumpkin soup. Gibson’s friend roasted the sliced pumpkin, onion and garlic for about 20 minutes, then adds some oil to pan fried till soft, blend it and add in chicken stock.

Second dish is salad, just some salad vegetables, olive and baby tomato mixed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Simple but nice.

Third dish is lamb. Gibson’s friend marinated the lamb with lea perrins sauce, rosemary, black pepper and sea salt, then pan fried until done. Gibson doesn’t like lamb due to its smell, but this dish doesn’t have strong smell yet taste good.

Forth dish is roasted Chicken, marinated the whole chicken with oregano, bbq sauces, sea salt, black pepper, cinnamon powder, sugar and lea perrins sauce. Then preheat oven and roasted the chicken at 180 for 45 minutes.

The last dish is dessert, carrot cake topping with lemon cheese.
