=Thailand-Bangkok= Siam Banana VS 7-11 Banana

Thanks to Fei YiHang who left a comment in Gibson's previous post to inform about the 7-11 Banana, here you are the comparison between the Air Asia Siam Banana and 7-11 Banana.

However, after tasting both of the banana cake, Gibson prefers the Siam Banana in terms of taste and texture, but price wise,the 7-11 Banana is way cheaper.



Price:
Siam Banana: 140 Baht for 4pcs, equivalent to 35 Baht per piece.
7-11 Banana: 12 Baht per piece.



Taste:
Siam Banana: The banana custard tastes like real banana with the real texture of a banana fiber; it really feels like eating a banana.
7-11 Banana: The banana custard tastes like banana flavored kaya, and has a lot more custard than Siam banana.



The verdict is Siam Banana has no doubt done a very good job on its taste. However, it is a bit pricy and limited sale outlets are a big turn down. But for those who insist on quality, if there is a will, there is a way.



7-11 Banana is cheaper and a generous portion of custard will most likely please the majority of costumers, besides it is available at almost every 7-11 in Thailand.
