=Food Hunt= Pak Cu Chicken Rice @ Jalan Tengah

Staying at E&O Residences, Kuala Lumpur offers a haven for food hunts that does not fail to surprise, especially during Fridays. Situated at the entrance of Jalan Tengah a Market “flash mod” that only lasts a few hours. Besides selling the things you normally find at the night market, there are many popular and delicious food stalls for you and I to do some food hunting.

Among all the stalls with long queues, Gibson particularly spotted this Pak Cu Chicken Rice with some mouthwatering deep fried small fish. For a big drumstick, a fried bull’s-eye egg and a few fishes that comes with 2 choices of Sambal and a package of curry gravy only costs RM7. Gibson loved the Sambal that seriously gave a spicy kick and the gravy was also full of ginger flavor.



However, Gibson was wrong about the fish, after taking his first bite did he find out that this delicious looking fish was in fact fried salted fish. However, he loved the saltiness and crunchiness of the fish.
