=Food Hunt= Penang - The Ubah Sauce from Penang @ Maple Palace

Have you try “Ubah Sauce” in Penang? Never heard about it? Maple Palace restaurant have this interesting sauce that combines well with vegetables, and if you are lucky, you get to order the “Paku Pakis served with Ubah sauce”, or else you just get the usual vegetables.



The Ubah sauce is more on the sourish side, it is a good match with crunchy type of vegetables, such as Malabar spinach or the Paku Pakis.
