Located at Perdana Quay Telaga Harbour since 2004, the Tapaz restaurant that serves one of the best Tapas in Langkawi is now re-opened after being closed for renovation since May this year.
Gibson was invited to the preview dinner before the opening, and finally met the “magician” behind this wonderful restaurant, Mr. Alex Mark.
Mr. Alex first set foot on Langkawi and started Tapaz restaurant on 18th December 2004, just a few days before Tsunami hit Langkawi, where Telaga Harbour was one of the affected areas. After the hit, Langkawi was quiet for at least 6 months, without tourists and business, this was the hit to his new venture.
Today, Tapaz is still standing strong and after withstanding all the challenges for more than 10 years, this is because Mr. Alex never stop trying to make it better and “tastier”, here are their new menus for your reference.
