I like cooking pasta, because of its flexibility, I can practically mix and match with any food, it is the best base for fusion food.

Today menu is Spicy Grouper Spaghetti.
Ingredients:
Sliced Grouper meat
1 Yellow Onion cut into strips
Sliced garlic
Spicy paste made from chili bean sauce and local spices.
Cooked spaghetti
Heat oil and sauté garlic.
Put in the fish, remember not to overcook, because we need to put in the fish back later, just brown both sides of the fish and take out immediately.
Put the strips of onion into the hot oil and cook until they become translucent.
Then Add spicy paste and mix well.
Now put the fish back in gently, and mix it well with the paste, set it aside.
Then take the onion and fish out and put in the cooked spaghetti, mix well with the balance paste.
Now serve the spaghetti on plate and topping with the spicy fish and onion. Bon Appétit.
