Guava juice is my favorite, the pulp is also nice to eat, just sprinkle some plum powder and you will have a mixture of sour, sweet and salty.Chill before serving. However, i want to turn the pulp into something nicer, how about a guava canapé?
Put 2 full tablespoons of cream cheese spread into a bowl.
Add in the pulp and mix well.
Add black pepper into the mixture. If you don’t like the raw flavor from the guava, you can add in some garlic oil. However I prefer the original taste of guava.
Put some guava paste onto slices of baguettes, and add some caviar (optional), finally add a touch of dill. Here you have a delicious guava canapé.
