Since Gibson was early that evening, so he decided to start on a lighter note. This Brown Fish stall that sells yogurt ice cream caught his attention with the name Gipanyi, which sounds like Jipangi.
If you had ever traveled to Korea, you will know Jipangi as a very popular local ice cream with this iconic “J” cone. Here in Asiatique, you get the Thai version with the name Gipanyi, Gibson can’t help but wonder if there were any connection with the Korean Jipangi or just simply an uncanny coincidence.
Beside the Gipanyi, the original Brown Fish is the famous japanese Croissant Taiyaki that is served with yogurt ice cream.
When the sky turns solid blue, it is the best time to be heading to the Ferris wheel for some nice shots.

Now heading toward the Ko Dang Talay Seafood Restaurant for dinner, although the pricing may be a bit high, but the food is at its best standard.

We ordered quite a number of dishes, and this stir fried scallops with black pepper came first.
Then the stir fried venus clams with sweet basil, Gibson likes the aroma of the basil and the clams were sweet too.
Not listed in the menu as we had made a special request. Gibson liked the natural sweetness from the seafood and vegetable, and the garnish from the garlic oil enhanced its flavor, making it the choice of the night.
A bit pricy, but the fish is worth paying for. Really enjoy the crunchiness of the fish with the sweet and sour sauce.
A common Thai dish with a bit of wine aroma.
Our last dish for dinner, a slightly crispy grilled squid with the aroma of charcoal, goes well with a mug of beer.
After dinner, we went for a Muay Thai Live show, where you learn more about the history of Muay Thai in a theater style setup. Most of the actors are good looking with well-toned bodies. After the show, the theater will be converted into a Muay Thai boxing ring where you will be witnessed with 2 live fights.
