Do you believe these 3 colorful packets can turn into delicious dishes such as Green Curry Chicken, Curry Kapitan Chicken and Slow Braised Black Vinegar Pork? As long you buy the frozen dishes from Pit Stop Café, the answer is always YES.
Pit Stop Café is one of the stores at the Good Life Expo at Strait Quay from 7 to 9 November. Gibson bought one packet each for RM10 per packet instead of the usual price of RM12.
According to the owner, as long we keep it in the freezer, it can last up till 2 weeks. When serving just defrost and microwave it or heat up in the nonstick pan just like what Gibson did, you can even heat it up in the steamer.
Green Curry Chicken is the spiciest dish among the 3; but the chicken meat was a bit too tough.
Curry Kapitan Chicken was sweet and spicy; you can taste the rich flavor from the spices, and the chicken is as tough as the Green Curry Chicken, but the toughness is acceptable.
Slow Braised Black Vinegar Pork is Gibson’s favorite, Sweet and sour, and the pork was surprisingly tender.
