Turkey feast with bread

Don’t know what to do with Turkey leftovers? Why not have some “bread fun” with it and best of all, it is so easy to prepare and cook.

Gibson just sautéed the turkey leftovers with onions, red pepper and yellow pepper, and a mixture of curry mayo and raisins as a dressing, then serving it with 3 types of bread. As you can see in the picture, the turkey is served with garlic bread and looks like Bruschetta.

Here are the ingredients: the turkey leftovers consist of 2 drumsticks and 2 wings, 3 onions and one each of red and yellow pepper. The curry powder is for the dressing.

First, heat the oil with sliced garlic.

Add in the sliced onions and cook until it turns soft.

Add some Sea Salts for seasoning.

Then add in the sliced peppers.

Add black pepper.

Do not forget to add granulated mushroom bouillon, and keep everything aside when done.

Heat up some oil.

Add in the turkey.

Add black pepper.

Then add in the sautéed onions and peppers.

To prepare the dressing, the ingredients are mayonnaise (Recommended Hellmann’s), any curry powder and raisin.

3 full tablespoon of mayonnaise.

Add a dash of curry powder. Add more if you like it spicier.

Add in a box of raisins.

Mixed well and you are ready to serve.

Prepare some garlic bread.

Prepare a piece of lettuce (preferably Butterhead Lettuce) before adding in the turkey, then add in the dressing. Although some are concern that the garlic flavor may be too overwhelming for the turkey, but the end result is not so.

Gibson bought a loaf of freshly baked white bread from Cold Storage, that is crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside, a perfect match for the turkey.

As it is a plain white bread, so Gibson spread some butter before placing in the Butterhead Lettuce, followed by the turkey and dressing. Just plain turkey run!

This turkey sandwich is Gibson’s favorite. Toast the sandwich bread and add in all the same ingredients, this one just simply the best.
