=Penang= Hidden Gem of Bihun Soup @ Lebuh Mcnair, George Town

Do you know that in lebuh Mcnair, there is a house selling Bihun (rice vermicelli) Soup starting in the evening till at night? The soup is rather simple, but the minced pork here is so far the best in town.

Bihun (rice vermicelli) Soup is something very common in Penang. There is one particular shop in Lebuh Mcnair that is very low-key, as there is no signboard, the only guide for new costumer is that they are located at 160, lebuh Mcnair, where is in between Lebuh Macallum and Lebuh Katz.

Bihun (rice vermicelli) Soup with Pork & Prawn RM12
Without prawns, a bowl of this soup only cost RM6. However, adding a single prawn will cost you an extra RM6, so bear in mind before you opt for additions.

Misua Soup with Pork RM6
Besides the thick and thin vermicelli for your choices, they do offer Misua and Bean strip. If you like a softer texture, Misua will be the good choice.

Dao Chiam (Bean strip) with pork RM6
Not many places in Penang that offerl Bean strip, so if you are the Fan of Bean strip, do remember to order some.
