=Penang= New menu & Concept @ Plan B **Closed**

Plan B introduced their new dining experience with a new menu and a new concept at Gurney Paragon outlet yesterday, where they emphasize on the #yournewlocal concept to bridge the gap between people and food, it is also a literal meaning for affordable yet delicious menus.

According to the Founder & Group Chief Eating Officer of the Big group, Benjamin Yong, though they are able to offer a great variety in their menus, but instead they decided to work on the smaller menu to ensure the consistency in the food, and diners get to enjoy the same quality every time when they visit.

Asian Salmon Salad Rice Bowl RM33
The Salmon dish served with Edamame, avocado, greens, furikake & Soy dressing, but when we eat it in the Korean Bibimbap way we mixed everything at once, which includes the smashing and mixing, then you get the rich flavor with every bite. However, watch out for the Coriander if you are not a fan.

Skin On Fries RM9
Comes with a choice of sauces, where they offer salted egg, cheese, Singapore Chilli, curry, ranch, ice cream, lime mayonnaise, halal guys white sauce. We get to try the salted egg, Singapore Chilli and lime mayonnaise, and we liked the Singapore Chilli that tastes like Chilli Crab.

Kristy’s Krunchy Kale Salad RM18
Served with hazelnuts and crunchy bits of peanut dressing. We liked the strong sesame aroma and a touch of childhood snacks – Mamee.

Buttermilk Fried Chicken RM33
Served with waffle, slaw and fries. The chicken is crispy on the skin but juicy inside, while the coleslaw enhances the flavor, but the coleslaw has a touch with coriander.

Zucchini Spaghettini RM 22
Served with blistered tomatoes, garlic confit and parmesan with a touch of Thai Basil and Sweet basil, quite an aromatic pasta dish, if you like the texture between al dente and soft, this is the right pasta to order.

Black Forest Pavlova RM18
The Pavlova was a bit hard and the Chocolate cakes topped with berries were quite average too.

Jaffa Cake RM15
If you like sweet, this Orange chocolate cake is the best among the 3 cakes we tried.

Springfield Donut RM18
It is not a donut, but more like a kid having fun kind of a cake.

From Left: Passionfruit Iced Tea RM10, Iced Chocolate RM10 and Elderflower Mint Lemonade RM12
The drink is quite creative in the presentation but not as good as their food .
