This promotion is specially offered in-conjunction with their newly launched All-New Dim Sum menus, and their Dim Sum Chef Vincent Tan is an experienced chef, who was working in Singapore with the Hong Kong chefs for nearly 10 years.
During the Launching of the new menus, the Executive Chinese Chef Dennis Wong (left) emphasized that Vincent Tan (right) and his team will be focusing on using the finest ingredients for greatest culinary experience, and they have 34 choices of Dim Sum at the moment.
Among the 10 new Dim Sum that were introduced today, a healthy signature egg tart was able to get our attention as they replaced the butter and milk with olive oil and soya bean, while managing to retain the same flavor but a healthier diet.

Chef Vincent is capable of creating uniquely Dim Sum masterpieces with a fusion twist.
