Pacific West Hosts a Get-Together Dinner recently at the newly opened More by Arang Coffee, where the menu of the night is tailored made with award-winning products by Pacific West that is not available in the daily cafe's menu.
This unique collaboration had showcased the versatility of the cafe for preparing a great menu out of the box while still emphasised their gastronomy philosophy through their creation. So if Gibson want to host something unique with character, More by Arang Coffee is definitely in the list.

Clam Chowder served Mushroom and Cheese Bruschetta
Kuro Prawn by Pacific West
Winner of the 2017 'Innovation' award at the Seafood Excellence Awards. This original product features Argentine Red Shrimp coated in a black bamboo charcoal-infused panko crumb. However you cannot find this Kuro Prawn in Malaysia market, just solely for oversea market.
