Eastern & Oriental hotel is well-known for its traditional English Afternoon Tea, and they have a "upgrade" version that the typical traditional afternoon tea is now serving with a breathtaking Seaview of the Andaman Sea.

The traditional English Afternoon Tea is no longer served at the 1885 restaurant due to the major renovation at the heritage wing, so the new location is now held at the Planters Lounge, which is 6th Floor at the Victory Wing that used to be a private lounge exclusively for guests staying in the Victory Annexe. Then follow by their famous Raisin and Plain Scones that served with Homemade Strawberry Jam, Pineapple Jam and Clotted Cream.
