The little black pearls on the Foie Gras are balsamic caviar, but these are not caviar nor related to fish, and it will disappear in less than a minute or two.

Wonder what is it? Balsamic caviar is actually made of balsamic with special boiling technic, they named it that way due to its look. Although it only last for short while to amaze you, but the main objective here is to add the extra zesty flavour to the Foie Gras.

Alfresco G Trattoria is a restaurant that promotes healthy dining, they encourage diners to have less salt and more greens in the plate while still make sure you get fun from the food, and their balsamic caviar is definitely a good example.

Since they promote healthy dining, sous-vide cooking method can be found in their dishes, the poached egg in the Squid Ink Risotto is one of the creation from that cooking technic according to their consultant chef.

Another highlight in the restaurant is their signature Shepherd's Pie, instead of cover with the crusty outer layer, they covered the pie with mashed potato, which the flavour blend well with the lamb.

Beef patty, caramelised onions, egg, cheddar cheese.



Besides the heavy main-course, if you like to eat something light with your own choice of greens, their All You Can Eat Salad buffet is the best option, for RM27.90 you get to eat over 40 items, but mainly vegetables, then soup and finger food also included.

The salad buffet also inclusive of free flow of soft drinks.



Please take noted that every Tuesday is their Gelato Bingsu buy one free one day, you just need to order a Gelato Bingsu (RM20- RM24) to entitle another Gelato Bingsu.
