Update: Started from the 1st December 2021, Sarkies will be opened daily and will revert back to buffet dining instead of unlimited ala carte dining.
Sarkies at Eastern and Oriental Hotel is now introducing weekend Dim Sum and International Lunch, an unlimited A La Carte buffet lunch that's let you eat all you can, and the icing of the cake is there are 6 new Dim Sum added to the menu. Gibson personally likes the Steam Bun With Bbq Chicken, though many find eating "Bao" in buffet is a disadvantage as it will easily fill up your stomach, but no harm to take a bite since it is good.

As for other Dim Sum options are quite average, but Steamed Fish Teow Chiew Style and Steam Rice Roll With Chicken Mushroom are something rare in the Dim Sum menu, so quite recommend to try.
Due to social distancing restriction, the buffet is serving in an Unlimited A La Carte style that still Eat-All-You-Can without walking around.

Every time Gibson having buffet here, Roasted Duck Served With Hoi Sin Sauce is a must to order, the aromatic duck is something really enjoyable here.
If you like Curry, you can try the Salmon Fish Head Curry and eating with tomatoes rice, no doubt is the best of Nasi Kandar in town.
As for those who like BBQ, you have seafood and meats to choose of, Gibson order a few to try, look and taste good.
When it comes to buffet, many will focus on seafood and Sashimi, as its value is way higher than other option in the menu. Although the choices are quite limited but the quality no doubt is premium and fresh, fastest way to earn what you paid for!
As for delicacies, you will spot some Malay delicacies as well.
Fruit section must have Rojak and they never let you down.
Dessert in the counter for your pleasure.
