Gibson likes to make Canapé as the appetizer, as it is always light and easy while sipping on some wine. Smoked Salmon with Mushroom canape fits the occasion that never fails to amuse my guests.
This canape is very easy to prepare, where you just sauté the button mushrooms, toast the bread and cut the smoked salmon, then mixed it all up to serve.
The ingredients are button mushrooms, bread, butterhead lettuce and smoked salmon. It is recommended that you use the superior Gold Scottish Oak Smoked Salmon which you can buy it from Cold Storage.
Cut or slice the button mushrooms as you wish, then sauté with oil.
Seasoning with black pepper and salt.
Get ready the Mayonnaise and Wasabi.
In order to make your Wasabi-Mayo dressing, just mix the Mayonnaise and Wasabi.
Now put the lettuce, mushrooms and salmon on garlic bread or a small piece of toast, and finish with a spread of Wasabi-Mayo, the delicious canape is done.
